WEAR THE GREEN DOWNTOWN THURSDAY

The Roanoke City Office of Special Events is planning a St. Patrick's Day parade for Thursday at noon starting at Tower Plaza on the Roanoke City Market.

Anyone may march in the parade, which will last approximately 20 minutes. Mayor David Bowers will lead the parade from the plaza, next to Billy's Ritz, through downtown Roanoke.
