The 25th Knights of Columbus youth basketball tournaments conclude today at Roanoke Catholic High School with three team championships, the one-on-one semifinals and championship and the cheerleading competition.

Chris Combs of Patrick Henry High School will face Cave Spring's Matt Matheny and William Byrd's Mike McGuire will take on Cave Spring's James Irvin in the semifinals of the Knights of Columbus Roanoke Valley One-on-One Championships at 1:30 p.m. The final is scheduled for 3 p.m.

In team competition:

The North Roanoke Cavaliers beat Buchanan 63-58 to earn a berth in the championship game of the Junior League tournament against the Cloverdale Suns. Cavaliers center Shannon Ragland scored 26 points.

Cloverdale beat Cave Spring 58-40 in the other semifinal, getting balanced scoring from four players.

The YMCA Bulls will face the North Roanoke Hornets today for the Little League title.

North Roanoke won a 48-45 overtime game against the South Salem Maroons to earn a berth in the Midget League final today against the Vinton Hokies.
