DR. THADDEUS C. LEE of Radford has completed continuing medical education requirements to retain active membership in the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP). Members must complete 150 hours of accredited continuing education every three years to maintain membership. Dr. Lee has been a member since 1977.

Known as "Mr. Slip Ring" because of his vast knowledge of and contributions to electrical contact technology, Glossbrenner was a member of many technical and professional organizations around the world during his career.
MILDRED F. FLYTHE retired from the Radford Army Ammunition Plant after 18 years of service. She was a member of the refrigeration department for the past 16 years.
