MDA SEEKS NOMINEES FOR ACHIEVEMENT AWARD

The Muscular Dystrophy Association is seeking nominations for the third annual MDA National Personal Achievement Awards.

The awards, given on local, state, and national levels, recognize accomplishments and community service of people with disabilities caused by neuromuscular diseases.

Nomination forms must be submitted by April 22. Nominations may be made by individuals or organizations. Nominees must be affected by one of the 40 neuromuscular diseases in MDA's program.
