FINCASTLE MAN KILLED IN CRASH

Douglas Boyd Rayborn, 36, was traveling north in the southbound lane of U.S. 11 one mile south of Virginia 606 about 6:30 p.m. when he struck a van head on, said a state police report. Rayborn died at the scene, the report said.
