OBIT HUFF, SGT. KATHY ELAINE

HUFF, Sgt. Kathy Elaine, 28, of Floyd, passed away Thursday, December 30, 1993, as a result of an automobile accident in Korea. She was preceded in death by her father, Oakley L. Huff and two brothers, Wilford Huff and Waymon Huff. She is survived by her mother, Rheba Harmon Huff, Floyd; six brothers, Calvin Huff, Roanoke, Galen Huff, Floyd, Clifford Huff, Westfield, N.C., Lawrence Huff, Hawaii, Darell Huff, Nev., Mark Huff, Floyd; four sisters, Cornelia Agee, Betty Wade, Connie Belcher, Margaret Mende, all of Floyd. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 8, 1994 at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ralph Spradling officiating. Interment will follow in the Huff Cemetery with Full Military Honors. The family will receive friends Friday from 7 to 9 p.m. at Gardner Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Fairview Church of the Brethren or to the Huff Cemetery.
