TOPIC OF TALK IS REFUGEES

The president of Immigration Services Associates in Washington, Harris Nathan Miller, will speak at a breakfast meeting on Jan. 27, 7:30-9 a.m. His discussion, "Compassion Fatigue? Refugees in the 1990s," will be presented in the Commonwealth Dining Room at the Donaldson Brown Hotel and Conference Center.
