OBIT-HOWELL, MARGUERITE GENAVEE

HOWELL, Marguerite Genavee, 77, of Salem, passed away Friday, January 14, 1994, in a local nursing home. She is survived by a sister, Jeanie Phelps of Salem; two nieces, Venona Thompson and Cindy Mayberry; one nephew, Robert Kennedy. Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Monday at Sherwood Memorial Park with the Rev. Harold Lewis officiating. Friends may call Sunday after 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer society. Arrangements by Oakey's Roanoke Chapel.
