MEEKS, Virginia M., of Longwood, Fla., formerly of Roanoke, passed away Thursday, January 13, 1994. She was a Baptist. Survivors include her husband, John L. Meeks; her mother, Alice McKee, Hardy, Va.; her son, Dennis L. McCormack, Casselbery, Fla.; daughter, Carolyn Bowen, Roanoke, Va.; her brother, Tommy McKee, Vinton, Va.; her sisters, Kathy Huff, Vinton, Va., Rachel Ferguson, Daleville, Va.; and Julie Deal, Hardy; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral arrangements were by Gaines Carey Hand Garden Chapel Funeral Home, Longwood, Fla.
