MONTGOMERY SEEKS 4-H ALUMNI

Montgomery County 4-H is seeking 4-H alumni, retirees and educators to volunteer for the youth education program.

4-H offers hand-on programs for youngsters ages 5-8 and for youths ages 9-18. Membership is free, and club members and leaders plan and conduct programs that interest members. Subject areas in Montgomery County include clothing, food and nutrition, woodworking, veterinary science, electricity, horse vaulting and consumer management.

A 4-H fair is held every year at the New River Valley Mall.
