BUSINESS LICENSE NEEDED IN BLACKSBURG

All businesses in the corporate limits of Blacksburg must have a business license each calendar year. This includes full-time or part-time consulting services and home occupations.

Applications have been sent to currently registered businesses. New businesses can get forms at the Finance Department in the municipal building at 300 S. Main St.

The applications must be completed and returned by Monday. Payment of the license must be received by March 1 to avoid a late payment penalty and interest charges.
