OBIT DECKER, HARRY JR.

DECKER, Harry Jr., 67, of Roanoke, died Friday, January 28, 1994 at McGuire's Veterans Hospital in Richmond. He was a member of Christian Life Fellowship Pentecostal Holiness Church. He retired in January 1985 with 31 years in the U. S. Navy(Seabees). Surviving are his wife, Vicki Lee Decker; nine children, Russell Decker, Pamela Decker, Kelly Lynn Decker, Carolyn Russell, Brenda Rowe, Buddy Decker, Mary Holliday, Donna Brinson, Susie Decker; two sisters, Mary Tomlinson, Helen Wilkerson; brother, George Decker; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel, 12 noon Tuesday, by Pastor Kenneth Kingrea. Burial will be in Old Dominion Gardens. The family will receive friends at Oakey's Roanoke Chapel from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday.
