OBIT DORMAN, DOUGLAS WILLIAM
DORMAN, Douglas William, 57, of New Castle, died Friday, January 28, 1994
in Florida. Mr. Dorman was a former member of the Jaycees. He was a pioneer in
the field of audio in the Roanoke Valley and the former owner of Custom Auto
Sounds. Surviving are his wife, Teresa M. Dorman, St. Petersburg, Fla.; five
children, Dianne Carey of Michigan, Doug M. Dorman, Terri Dorman, Dennis J.
Dorman, all of Roanoke, and Teresa (Boo Boo) Dorman of St. Petersburg, Fla.;
three grandchildren, Theresa Carey of Michigan, Matthew Carey of Michigan and
Samantha Dorman of Roanoke; stepfather, Art MaGuire of Michigan; uncle, John
Lorence of Ohio. Funeral services will be held at Oakey's South Chapel, 1 p.m.
Wednesday. Interment will be private. Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m.
Tuesday at Oakey's South Chapel.
