\ Liza Minnelli has a new significant other. He's Desi Arnaz Jr., whom she's known since they were kiddies. A few weeks ago they took a second - more adult - look and have been seen everywhere together. She still performs with Billy Stich, but their relationship now is strictly show biz.
Kathie Lee Gifford says her husband, Frank Gifford, is "not amused" by David Letterman's running gag that the Gifford kids are Letterman's. "I tell him, `Frank it's a joke,' " says Kathie Lee. "If David Letterman `is' the father of my children, then he is a lousy father. He never sees them, he never sends them gifts and he never takes them out to the ballpark."
