Christiansburg overcame a nine-point halftime deficit on the road to edge Carroll County 60-57 on Friday night in New River District boys' basketball.

The Blue Demons (8-8 overall, 2-1 in the district) switched to a zone defense in the second half to stop the Cavaliers (4-10, 0-4) inside. \
