FOR THE RECORD
Because of a reporter's error, incorrect provisions were given for a bill
aimed at stopping anti-abortion demonstrators from blocking access to abortion
clinics. The bill, sponsored by Del. Clifton "Chip" Woodrum, D-Roanoke, calls
for a mandatory minimum 30-day sentence for obstruction of free passage to a
health-care facility.
