She is employed by South Carolina Dept. ofDisabilities & Special Needs. He is a son of Dr. and Mrs. Robert S. Brown of Spartanburg, S.C. He graduated from Clemson University with a BS in IndustrialTechnology Education and is employed by Kershaw County Schools.
