Cave Spring (18-2 overall, 10-2 district) will play Pulaski County on Tuesday at Franklin County High School for the top seeding in the district tournament, which begins Thursday at Franklin County.
Both teams shot poorly Saturday night, and Cave Spring led 18-14 at halftime after hitting 23 percent of its field-goal attempts. The teams combined for 10 third-quarter points. Hindered by Fleming's aggressive defense for three quarters, the Knights turned to a full-court press, making steals that led to easy layups and helped them pull away.
