OBIT STEPHENS, PAUL LUTHER

STEPHENS, Paul Luther, 76, of New Castle, died Monday, February 21, 1994, at his home. He was preceded in death by his parents, William Robert and Anna Jackson Stephens; two sisters, Nannie Stephens Sadler and Gladys Stephens; a bother, Clyde A. Stephens. He is survived by his wife, Marian Caldwell Stephens; one son, James R. Stephens, New Castle; two brothers, L. Ralph Stephens, Eggleston, Elmer Lee Stephens, Hampton; one sister, Dorothy Ellen Stephens, Pearisburg. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Boitnott Chapel with the Rev. Paul St.Clair officiating. Interment will be in Huffman Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Wednesday 7 to 9 p.m. at Boitnott Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Craig County Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 81, New Castle, Va. 24127 or to your preferred charity.
