REPORTED EARNINGS

Lawyers Title Corp., holding company for Richmond-based Lawyers Title Insurance Corp., reported fourth-quarter net income of $12.1 million, or $1.68 per share compared with $6.6 million, or $1.02 per share, for the 1992 quarter. Revenues totaled $153.2 million, up 21 percent from $126.3 million.

1993 net income was $29 million, or $4.31 per share, compared with $11.9 million, or $1.88 per share, in 1992. Revenues increased $32.7 million, or 7 percent, to $503.9 million.\ \

Westmoreland Coal Co.

Westmoreland Coal Co., Philadelphia-based producer and marketer of coal with operations in Western Virginia, reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $94 million, or $13.44 per share, compared with a net loss of $38 million, or $5.43 per share, for the 1992 quarter. Revenues were $125 million compared with $130 million.

The 1993 net loss was $103 million, or $14.74 per share, compared with a net loss of $43 million, or $5.68 per share, in 1992. Revenues were $465 million compared with $536 million.
