HAMBRICK ANNIVERSARY

J. Paul and Frances Hambrick celebrated their 50th anniversary on February 25. The celebration was held at Parker Seafood Restaurant. It was hosted by Bessie Henegar and Sandra Parcell. The couple was married February 25, 1944, by Rev. E. D. Poe. They have lived in Roanoke 46 years. She is the former Frances Irene Rucker. They have one daughter, Bessie Henegar of Vinton and four grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hambrick belongs to VFW Aux., Rachel Rebekah Lodge #4. She worked at S. H. Kress 28 years, also ITT for 15 1/2 years and retired from ITT.
