BRADLEY, RUTH SNIDER OYLER

BRADLEY, Ruth Snider Oyler, 72, of 1102 Lakeview Place, Roanoke, died Friday, February 25, 1994 in Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley. She was born October 14, 1921 in Glasgow, Va., a daughter of the late Thurston Snider and Ruth Riston Snider. She was a retired laboratory technician at Alleghany Regional Hospital in Low Moor, and a member of Beta-Sigma-Phi Sorority. Mrs. Bradley was a member of Bethany Christian Church of Roanoke. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Charles "Raz" Oyler in 1979. She is survived by a daughter, Dora Ann Oyler Tucker of Roanoke; two stepdaughters, Eleanor Winchester, Richmond, and Maxine Hamlett, Aylett, va.; a sister, Betty Hinkle, Roanoke; and a cousin, Eloise Campbell. She is also survived by two grandsons, Steven Tucker and Douglas "Doug" Tucker, both of Roanoke; one great-grandchild; and a number of nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Monday from the Nicely Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. T. G. Ayers and the Rev.Johh Dunstan officiating. Interment will follow in Karnes Cemetery, Low Moor. Active pallbearers will be selected from friends attending the service. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 7 to 8:30 p.m at Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge.
