OBIT CARTER, THERESA PHLEGAR

CARTER, Theresa Phlegar, 90, of Roanoke, died Saturday, February 26, 1994. She was the widow of George Bingley Carter and is survived by her daughters, Virginia C. Caricofe, Hampton, Phyllis C. Butler, Punta Gorda, Fla., Faye C. Givens, Roanoke; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Private services will be held at a later date and there will be no visitations. Oakey's North Chapel is handling funeral arrangements.
