2 CHARGED WITH SPRAY-PAINTING CARS

Police charged two Salem residents in the spray-painting of 14 vehicles early Wednesday.

Police arrested Misty D. Bailey, 18, of the 500 block of Goodwin Avenue, and Steven B. Reedy, 20, of the 500 block of Yorkshire Street, on Thursday. Each was charged with 14 counts of destruction of property. Police estimated damage to the vehicles at more than $2,100.
