Connor James Altizer was born June 23, 1994, at 5:46 C.S.T., in Chicago, Ill. He weighed 9 lbs. 10 ozs., and was 22 inches long. His parents are Chris and Anne Altizer. His paternal grandparents are Philip and Sylvia Altizer of Roanoke, and his maternal grandmother is Nancy Wallace of Sudbury, Mass. Chris Altizer, the father, is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School and Hampden Sydney College. He is in Human Resources with Allstate Insurance Co., based in Northbrook, Ill.

Dodson birth
Emily Sue Dodson, weighing 6 lbs. 4 1/4 ozs. and 18 1/2 inches long, was born at Community Hospital on June 10, 1994 at 4:27 pm. Her parents are Kirk and Pamela Dodson. Grandparents are James & Linda Dodson, William W. Snyder and F. Louise Guill. The attending physicians were Dr. Agee, Dr. Hardee and Dr. Keene. Very special thanks to Dr. Agee for bringing our precious and beautiful girl into this world. Thanks to all the staff on 6th & 7th floors of Community Hospital for their help.
\ Hess birth
Trevor Allen Hess was born on June 6, 1994 at 9:05 p.m. in Pulaski Community Hospital. He weighed 7 lbs. 15 ozs. and was 21 1/4 inches in length. Trevor's proud parents are Richard and Leigh Hess of Dublin. He has a big sister, Emily Leigh Hess, who is 3 years old. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Lee D. Bratton of Dublin, Va., and Mr. and Mrs. M. C. Hess, Jr., of Roanoke, Va. Dr. Weldon Shaffer was the attending physician.

\ McKittrick Twins
Steve and Kim McKittrick of Christiansburg, are proud to announce the birth of their twins, Steven Chase, 6 lbs. 11 ozs. and Holly Beth, 4 lbs. 13 1/2 ozs., born May 17, 1994.
The twin's grandparents are Sue McKittrick of Christiansburg and Jimmy McKittrick of Salem, and Walter and Barbara Woolwine of Christiansburg.
Thanks to Dr. Ted Burton and the O.B. Staff of Radford Hospital for making the birth of our twins so special.

Melissa Anne Moody was born May 26, 1994, at 5:59 p.m. at Community Hospital of the Roanoke Valley, by Dr. Jorge Garcia. She weighed 9 lbs. 10 oz. and was 21 1/2 inches long. She is the daughter of Steve and Jill Moody. She has a sister, Sarah Moody, age 12. Her paternal grandparents are Charles and Selma Moody of Roanoke, Va. and her maternal grandparents are Rebecca West of Virginia Beach, Va. and Jones Stanley of Amherst, Va. A Special thanks to Darla, Margaret, Tonya, Flo, and the staff of OBGYN Associates of Roanoke Valley P.C.
\ Nance birth
We proudly announce the birth of our daughter, Kristen Renee Nance, born on June 14, 1994 at 4:41 am at Lewis-Gale Hospital. She weighed 6 lbs. 12 oz. and was 19 1/2" in length. Kristen's proud parents are Jay and Teri Nance of the Raleigh Court area of Roanoke. Her grandparents are Joyce Moore and Jack and Bev Nance. Her great-grandparents are Lena Wright, Kelly and Vergie Nance, and Col. Clarke Henkle.
Many greatful thanks to Uncle Artie and Aunt Sherry Moore; Robert, Denise and Brad Payne; and Rex and Robin Allen. Special thanks to all of our family and friends for the gifts, cards, flowers, prayers, visits and meals. Thanks also to Drs. Winn, Jennings and Forth (attending physician Dr. Leon Jennings). Colin Arthur O'Neil, weighing 7 lbs. 7 1/4 oz. and 20 1/2 inches long, was born at Community Hospital on May 16, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. His parents are Shawn P. O'Neill and Rachel W. O'Neill. Grandparents are Edward O'Neill and Priscilla Bogarty of Mexico, N. Y., and Arthur Willis of Rectortown, Va. A very special thanks to Dr. Garcia, attending physician, and Dr. Dallas and the Labor and Delivery staff.

Jonathan Beck Walker, weighing 7 lbs. 8 ozs. and 21 inches long, was born at Community Hospital on May 28, 1994 at 11:35 am. His parents are Karen and Chip Walker. Grandparents are Kenneth and Peggy Hodges, Frank and Peggy Barrett and Felix Walker. The attending physician was Dr. Lynn Keene. Special thanks to all the wonderful physicians and staff at Valley OBGYN and Community Hospital.
