FIREWORKS DELAY FOR LOTTO PLAYERS

No one matched all six winning numbers to win a $1 million Lotto jackpot, a Virginia Lottery spokeswoman said Sunday.

The numbers drawn Saturday night were 9, 18, 24, 31, 32, and 36.

The estimated jackpot for Wednesday's Lotto drawing is $2 million, said Paula Otto, the lottery spokeswoman.

For matching five of Saturday's six numbers, 47 people won $1,110 each, Otto said. Prizes of $57 went to 1,943 players who picked four winning numbers, while 32,388 people won a free play for choosing three of the six numbers. - Associated Press
