It was Radford's third win this year, and his 64th career victory at the track.
``We changed our oil this week,'' Radford said. ``I think that was it.''
Radford qualified second behind Steve Lynch and started on the outside. He took the lead early in the opening lap. Rodney Cundiff, who has won 10 times this year, shadowed Radford for most of the race and finished second
Cundiff nearly caught Radford on lap 17 when Radford slowed to lap Curtis Howell, but Radford recovered.
Lynch, Dudley Lawhorn and Harvey Harrison finished third through fifth, respectively.
In other races Saturday night:
Lonnie Foley was the winner in the caution-free Street Stock race, holding off points leader Mike Dudley. Bill Bratton placed third.
Travis Sharpe won his sixth Rookie race this year, out-running Chad Hodges. Hodges started at the rear of the 12-car field but rallied to finish second. Stephanie Yates was third.
Steve Lam notched Mini Stock win No. 14 of 1994. James Cox and Tommy Dean were second and third, respectively.
Kevin Ransom was a first-time winner in the Pure Stock class. Points leader Red Hartman and Mike Owens were second and third, respectively.
In abbreviated races, Buster Carroll won the Modifieds, and Nola Bailey won an all-female field.
Tommy Hall was the Any Car winner.
He celebrated in conventional fashion.
Radford took a victory lap, drove his Ford 30 yards past the finish line and parked it perpendicular to the lay of the track. He tossed the checkered flag out of the driver's window. Then came one glove, followed by the other. Finally, the driver himself emerged.
