Because of a reporter's error, a story Sunday about the debate among the candidates for the Virginia's U.S. Senate seat incorrectly characterized a strike bill that has been stalled by a Senate filibuster. The bill would prohibit employers from replacing striking workers. U.S. Sen. Charles Robb would not say how he would vote on the bill. His three challengers, Republican Oliver North and independents Marshall Coleman and Douglas Wilder, said they would vote against the legislation.
