BUSINESS IN THE SHADE

Four-year-old Candice Bowles found that two umbrellas made the perfect shady spot while selling cucumbers in front of her grandfather's home on Morgan Avenue in Southeast Roanoke on Monday afternoon. Her grandfather, Irvin Bowles, grew the cucumbers in his garden.
