SEWER RATE INCREASE

Pulaski County residents can expect an increase on sewer rates.

The Town of Pulaski amended its sewer rates in June, and the new rates will appear on utility bills being mailed the first week of August.

Town residents will be charged a $17.84 monthly minimum for up to 3,000 gallons, based on water usage. A fee of $2.56 will be charged for each 1,000 gallons - or portion - used over the 3,000 gallon minimum.

County residents on the town's sewer system will be charged a monthly minimum of $35.68 for up to 3,000 gallons, based on water usage. A fee of $5.12 will be charged for each 1,000 gallons - or portion - used over the 3,000 gallon minimum.
