Sheriff Ralph Dobbins said all of the plants were mature and 6 to 8 feet in height. The plants were found in the Peak Creek and Case Knife Road areas.
At the Peak Creek location, near a tributary to Claytor Lake, Dobbins said a man was found in the general area of the marijuana and authorities seized his boat.
There is also a suspect for the Case Knife Road marijuana, but an investigation is continuing and no names are being released because charges have not been filed.
The marijuana was found last week during a program conducted jointly by the Pulaski County Drug Task Force and the National Guard.
