WE'RE LOOKING FOR A FEW GOOD TEENS

Most of the news we hear about teen-agers is either on the sports pages or related to a crime. But a lot of them are spending time helping other people. We'd like to give them a public pat on the back by featuring them, individually, in a new column, "Extra Credit," to debut on Nov. 21.
