Junior Amy Mears won the women's race in 20 minutes as the Generals earned their third consecutive women's championship. Natalie Messamore, Sue Deutsch, Kim Herring and Carson Flowers finished fourth through eighth, respectively, to give the Generals 15 points - 37 ahead of second-place Eastern Mennonite. Roanoke College's Ashley Dorr finished 10th to lead the Maroons to a third-place finish.
The Generals ended Lynchburg College's six-year men's reign by placing three runners in the top 10. Jason Callen finished third in 27:39, five seconds behind the winner, Lynn Stoltzfus of Eastern Mennonite, and three seconds behind J.J. Mabury of Roanoke College.
Will Olson was sixth and Taylor Schultz finished ninth as the Generals scored 49 points - eight better than second-place Eastern Mennonite.
Washington and Lee's John Tucker (men) and Jim Phemister (women) were named ODAC coaches of the year.

In Charlottesville, Sara Salam scored the only goal, at the 15-minute, 48-second mark of the first half, as 19th-ranked Maryland slipped past Virginia 1-0 in a semifinal of the Atlantic Coast Conference field hockey tournament. The Terrapins are 10-8-2, and the Cavaliers finish their season at 10-11.
In Charlotte, N.C., Melissa Mullinix and Meredith Campbell each scored first-half goals to help UNC Charlotte shut out Virginia Tech 2-0 in a Metro Conference women's soccer game.
Mullinix scored her sixth goal of the season on a short pass from Courtney Cook - her 48th point of the year, which ties her for fourth in the nation - in the 24th minute to give the 49ers a 1-0 lead. Campbell scored 14 minutes later on a pass from Maria Ciaravino after Campbell and Tech goalkeeper Hope Handley became tangled in the penalty area. Campbell managed to put the ball in off one of her knees to provide the final margin.
Heather Bridgewater delivered her first shutout of the season as UNCC finished its regular season at 13-4-2. Tech is 8-11.
In Tampa, Fla., the Virginia Tech mens' soccer team wrapped up Metro Conference play with a 4-1 loss to South Florida.
The Rams (9-7, 4-2) got on the board in the first minute on a goal by Frank Cipolla. The Hokies (6-12, 1-4) tied the score at the 32-minute mark on a goal by senior Adam Johnson with an assist from Mark Ludwig.
Cipolla scored his second goal of the game before halftime to give the Bulls a 2-1 lead. South Florida added two goals in the second half.
In Fairfax, Nate Friends scored his second goal of the game, with 6:57 left, to lift Virginia to a 4-3 victory over George Mason in men's soccer.
Friends' goal came off a pass from Key Reid. Friends collided with Patriots goalkeeper Andre Christian as both went up for the ball, then controlled the loose ball and put it in the net to give the Cavaliers (15-3) the victory.
The Patriots (5-11-2) took a 2-1 halftime lead when John Kelly scored his fourth goal of the season at the 13:55 mark. The Cavaliers tied it when A.J. Wood scored early in the second half.
Andy Manners, who scored two goals for the Patriots, put one in the net to give George Mason a 3-2 lead, but Friends scored the next two goals for Virginia.
In Radford, seniors Freddi Jones and Deidre Davis led Radford to a 15-5, 15-13, 11-15, 8-15, 15-5 Big South volleyball victory over Liberty at the Dedmon Center.
Jones led the Highlanders (5-23 overall, 2-6 in the Big South) with game highs of 21 kills and 18 digs as the Highlanders snapped a six-game conference losing streak. Davis had 40 assists in the match to finish as Radford's career leader in assists with 4,486. Liberty is 9-17, 2-6.
At Salem Stadium, six champions were crowned in the Sandlot Super Bowl. In the Pee Wee Division I, the Northwest Raiders beat the Inner City Falcons 6-0 in double overtime. In Division II, the North Roanoke Vikings defeated the Vinton Panthers 6-0, also in double overtime. The West Salem Cardinals beat Pulaski 8-0 in the Division III championship game.
In the Little Division I, the Inner City Falcons whipped the Wilmont Cowboys 27-0. In Division II, the Cave Spring Vikings beat the North Roanoke Broncos 14-0 and in Division III, the Bedford Lions outlasted the West Salem Cardinals 7-0.
In Winchester, two Ferrum College players were named to the Dixie Conference All-Tournament team in volleyball, but Averett won the tournament 15-13, 11-15, 15-11,15-9 over Greensboro.
Ferrum's Kia Williams and K.P. Persinger made the all-tournament team, along with Becky Riner of Shenandoah, Leslie Smith of Greensboro Michelle Dillon and Angie Ellis - the tournament's most valuable player - of Averett.
In Clemson, S.C., Virginia Tech's Oliver Mayo won two singles matches and teamed with doubles partner Adam Gottfried to win their only doubles match at the 1994 Clemson Fall Classic men's tennis tournament.
Mayo defeated Clemson's Brian Twente 6-2, 7-6 in his first match, then beat Florida State's Ken McKenzie 6-2, 4-6, 7-5. Mayo paired with Gottfried to defeat Florida State's McKenzie and Alex Galoub 8-6.
In other doubles action, Tech's Mark Tepes and Chirayu Patel beat Florida State's Adam Baron and Scot Schuhriemen 8-6.
