MARKETING FOR BANKERS COURSE OFFERED

Marketing for Bankers (FIN 256-70) is among the offerings during spring semester at the New River Community College Christiansburg site, 412 Roanoke St.

The class meets Thursdays, 6:30-9:30 p.m., starting Jan. 12.

The course focuses on understanding the basic concepts necessary to successfully market bank products and services. It will cover public relations, advertising, sale promotion, selling and distribution.

The course may be taken for three credits or as a no-credit audit class. Spring semester registration now is under way.
