BANKRUPTCIES

Four bankruptcies with business affiliations have been filed in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for Western Virginia at Roanoke. Three of them are personal bankruptcies that the court listed as businesses because they have commercial connections and could be of interest to business creditors and customers.

Angel H. Linares and Elvia Gil Linares of Vinton are seeking liquidation. Angel Linares operates Angelo's Restaurant. They estimated their assets at less than $50,000 and their liabilities at less than $99,000.

Patrick Ramsey and Elizabeth Ann Ramsey of Roanoke sought liquidation with assets of $43,970 and liabilities of $92,626. Patrick Ramsey operates Ramsey's Guns on Williamson Road.

Gerald Allen Page and Sonya Renia Page of Roanoke filed for liquidation. They said they had assets of $7,530 and liabilities of $21,040. Gerald Allen operates J&J Auto Body and Jerry's Auto Paint and Body.

JoAnn Koger of Tazewell, who trades as Hair Palace, filed for liquidation. Koger said she had assets of $4,600 and liabilities of $7,890.
