The charges followed a raid Thursday night by the Wythe County Sheriff's Office at the home of William Neal Brunk on Virginia 603.
Capt. Keith Dunagan said Brunk tried to flee through a back door; a quarter-pound of marijuana was found tossed behind the house. Brunk was arrested, and the $5,000 cash he was carrying was seized, Dunagan said.
A small amount of marijuana was found in the house, as well as 11 guns which were seized along with financial records.
Brunk has been released on $10,000 bond pending a hearing in General District Court.
