The hospital's director of marketing and public relations, Judy Tynan, says, "When a family member is ill during the holidays, the stress is further heightened. Through our program with the Comfort Inn, we hope to alleviate some of this. Montgomery Regional Hospital and Comfort Inn have provided this service to the community for the past two years with great success."

The Nurse Office Day Clinic (for walk-ins requesting supplies, refills for health department prescribed medications, screening for sexually transmitted diseases and other communicable diseases, and pregnancy tests) will be held on Mondays from 8:30-10:30 a.m. beginning Jan. 2.
