Chesapeake Packaging Co., a unit of Richmond-based Chesapeake Corp. with operations in Roanoke, said Thursday its Color-Box Inc. division plans a new plant in Visalia, Calif., that will make lithographic corrugated packaging for consumer products. Color-Box has plants in Richmond, Ind., and Buffalo, N.Y.

Miami-based IntraCorp plans to introduce two new CD-ROM titles and announce creative partnerships with several people, including William Shatner, actor and author of the best-selling series of TekWar novels. Leigh M. Rothschild, president and publisher of IntraCorp., said the software maker intends ``to jointly create a game worthy of both our names.''
