NOTICE
On or about April 24, 1995, legal proceedings will be commenced under the
authority of Section 58.1-3965 et. seq. of the Code of Virginia to sell the
following parcels of delinquent taxes. The owner of any property listed may
redeem it at any time before the date of the sale by paying all accumulated
taxes, penalties, interest, attorney's fees and costs (including publication).
To redeem the property from sale and stop the accrual of additional lien
amounts, the delinquent amount must be paid to Osterhoudt, Ferguson, Natt,
Aheron & Agee, P.C., Counsel for the Treasurer of Roanoke County at 1919
Electric Road, Suite 1, Roanoke, Virginia 24018 by April 24, 1995.
