BENEFIT YARD SALE

The Renaissance Music Academy of Virginia is accepting donations for its second annual benefit yard sale. Furniture, appliances, books, household items, infant and children's clothing (no adult clothing) and other items are needed for the Saturday, May 27, sale.

Donated items can be dropped off at the former Sydney's building located next to the YMCA Thrift Shop in the Gables Shopping Center on South Main St. Items will be accepted from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, and May 13 and 20. Pickup service will be provided for donations of large items. Donations are tax-deductible and receipts will be issued.

Proceeds from the sale will benefit the Renaissance Music Academy, a nonprofit music school. For more information call 552-1382.
