Proposed Pulaski County school calendar for 1995-96, to be considered for adoption at the special May 30 meeting of the county School Board:

Aug. 24: First day of school (release two hours early).

Sept. 26: Release two hours early for teachers' in-service training.

Oct. 9: Division-wide school system convocation.

Oct. 27: End first nine weeks.

Oct. 30: Division-wide teachers' work day.

Nov. 3: Report cards.

Nov. 9: Two hours early release for parent-teacher conferences.

Nov. 23-24: Thanksgiving holiday.

Nov. 29: Release two hours early for teachers' in-service training.

Dec. 20: Release two hours early.

Dec. 21-Jan. 1: Holiday.

Jan. 12: End second nine weeks.

Jan. 15-16: Division-wide teachers' work days.

Jan. 19: Report cards.

Feb. 12: Release two hours early for teachers' in-service training.

March 20: End third nine weeks.

March 22: Division-wide teachers' work day.

March 27: Report cards.

March 28: Release two hours early for parent-teacher conferences.
