SOS MONITOR WORKSHOP SET|

The Montgomery County Extension and the Virginia Tech Museum of Natural History will sponsor a free one-day workshop for experienced save-our-stream (SOS) monitors. The SOS quality assurance/quality control field test workshop is designed for individuals who have experienced at least three monitoring events.

Data from the QA/QC'ed monitors can be used by the Virginia Department of Conservation and the E.P.A.

Workshop size is limited and registration is required. The workshop will be May 20 from 1 to 5 p.m. For more information call the VT Museum if Natural History at 231-3001.
