AYERS, Terri Leigh, 24, of Botetourt County, passed away Tuesday, May 16, 1995. She was a graduate of Lord Botetourt High School and had attended Southern Seminary. Surviving are her father and stepmother, Roy W. and Randy Ayers, Botetourt County; mother, Linda Alexander Ayers, Roanoke; a brother, Keith M. Ayers, Camp LeJeune, N.C.; a stepsister, Gina Ferrigno, Roanoke; grandmother, Melda S. Alexander, Roanoke. Funeral services will be at Oakey's North Chapel 1 p.m. Friday with the Rev. BROOKMAN, Mary Eva, 90, of Radford, passed away Wednesday, May 17, 1995, at Radford Community Hospital. She was a member of the Belspring Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband John Thomas Brookman. Survivors include two daughters and sons-in-law, Mrs. Howard (Lorraine) Shrewsbury and Mrs. Don (Barbara) Branscome, both of Dublin; one son and daughter-in-law, Roy Thomas and Eva Mae Brookman of Radford; three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Roop of Radford, Mrs. Ruth Akers of Christiansburg and Mrs. Garnette Towe of Richmond; six grandchildren. GORDON, Rev. Earl Brown, 80, of Salem, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 17, 1995. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Stevens. He is survived by his wife, Claudine E. GROGAN, Pauline Cooper, 84, of Forest Street, Martinsville, a former long-time resident of Bassett, died Sunday, May 14, 1995. HALL, Cary Vaughn, Jr., 73 of Richmond, died Wednesday, May 16, 1995, following a long illness, and widower of Theresa Tucker Hall. Native of Patrick County and raised in Roanoke, Va. He attended Georgia Military College and Roanoke College and was a Veteran of World War II and a recipient of a Purple Heart. He was President and Chairman of Solid Waste Equipment Company of Virginia Inc. Survived by son, Cary V. Hall III; a daught er and son-in-law Theresa H. (Carthe) and Deanne Maury, all of Richmond; a brother, B. B. Hall and wife Nathalie; sister, Caroline H. Kemp and husband Wilson E. Kemp, Columbus, Ga.; four grandchildren, D. Blair Maury and wife Kim L. Maury, Williamsburg, Va., Anne Fontaine Maury , Philip P. and Marshall M. Hall; one great grandson, Gregory A. Maury; sister-in-law, Helen T. Whitescaver, Roanoke; brother-in-law, Emmett E. Tucker, Jr., Roanoke; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James H. and Kathleen S. Tucker, Winston-Salem, N.C. Mr. Hall was a member of Boulevard Methodist Church, Charter and Senior member of the Richmond Chapter of the American Society of Appraisals and active in the Environment Industry and a member of State Wide Association. Joseph Bates and wife, Debbie, all of Saranac Lake, N.Y.; several grandnieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at Oakey's South Chapel Friday, May 19, 1995, 1 p.m. with the Rev. James M. McGLAMERY, Eula Johnson, 78, of 2981 Ormond Drive, Winston Salem, N.C., former resident of Roanoke, died Tuesday, May 16, 1995, at The Blumenthal Home following a lengthy illness. She was born May 14, 1917, in Pittsboro, N.C., to Sike David and Pearl Brooks Johnson. She was a homemaker and had attended Flora McDonald College (now Campbell University). Mrs. McGlamery is survived by her husband of 54 years, W.B. McGlamery, of the home; one daughter and son-in-law, Sarah and Fred Franklin, Lewisville, N.C.; one son, William A. McGlamery, Roanoke; five grandchildren; and two sisters, Sadie McConnell and Nancy Jones, both of Charlotte, N.C. PATTESON, French, 64, of Route 2, Narrows, Va., died Sunday, May 14, 1995, in the Giles Memorial Hospital in Pearisburg, Va. A lifelong resident of Giles County, He was born on March 25, 1931 and was the son of the late George and ""Bessie"" Patteson French. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was preceded in death by his first wife, Josephine M. French and his second wife, Helen B. French. QUESENBERRY, J. Steven, 44, of Penny Lane, Sylvatus, Va., (Carroll County), formerly of Newbern and Dublin, Va., died Tuesday night, May 16, 1995, in the Twin County Regional Hospital, Galax, Va. He was born in Pulaski, Va. on October 12, 1950. He was employed as Virginia Division Manager of Valley Rich Dairy, Roanoke, Va., and was a member of Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Dugspur, Va. Mr. Quesenberry was a graduate of Pulaski High School Class of 1969 and he was a member of the football, basketball, and track teams. He was also co-captain of the men's varsity basketball team in 1969. He attended and played college basketball for Lee's McRae College in Banner Elk, N.C. He was preceded in death by his father, James E. Quesenberry. Surviving are his mother, June D. Quesenberry, Newbern; daughter and son-in-law, Sarah Q. and Billy Wagner, Mississippi; sons, Mark S. Quesenberry, Fairlawn, Brian M. Quesenberry, Dublin; stepson, Ross E. Paune, Hillsville; sister and brother-in-law, Pat Q. and Ron Dodson, Newbern.
