DINNER TO HONOR JAILS' CHAPLAIN

A testimonial dinner for the Rev. Richard Harris, chaplain of the Roanoke and Roanoke County jails, is scheduled for Monday at 6 p.m. at High Street Baptist Church on Florida Street Northwest. Harris is leaving his post at the jails after 14 years.
