RICHMOND - The Chesterfield County Board of Supervisors says Rep. Henry Waxman's allegations about Chesterfield schoolchildren taking part in tobacco studies is nothing more than the California Democrat blowing smoke.
Four members of the five-member board voted to declare the allegations about tobacco giant Philip Morris unsubstantiated.
Waxman said last month that the company conducted tests on hyperactive county schoolchildren to determine if they were more likely to smoke in adulthood.
Supervisor Art Warren says he has asked Waxman for his evidence and the congressman refused to reveal his sources.

Girl accuses doctor of fondling her
MANASSAS - A 14-year-old said Thursday her doctor held her breasts twice during an examination for a sore throat. Dr. Jalalodin Feisee of Dale City pleaded innocent to assault and battery.
The 66-year-old doctor ``copped a cheap feel,'' a Prince William County prosecutor said during a trial in juvenile court Thursday. The girl testified that Feisee held one breast while he listened to her heartbeat last May.
Since the charge against Feisee became public last spring, 27 other women have told authorities Feisee made inappropriate remarks or touched them during office visits.

Traffic fowled up on Capital Beltway
ALEXANDRIA - A truckload of chickens flew the coop after the coops flew off the truck during an accident Thursday, police said.
About 500 crates of chickens bound for a processing plant dumped onto the Capital Beltway when the 18-wheeler overturned about 11:30 a.m., Virginia State Police Trooper Fred Clark said.
Most of the 3,000 chickens were recovered quickly, but firefighters said they were not able to retrieve some of the birds.
The truck driver was not hurt, but a motorcyclist was injured in an accident in the backed-up traffic.
