According to police, the woman was attempting to make a right turn about 2:30 a.m when a teen-age boy leaned through her window and stuck an object in her side, demanding she open the door. She complied, and three boys entered the car. One placed a handgun to her neck and ordered her to drive to the 2700 block of Massachusetts Avenue Northwest.
When she got there, she was pulled from her car and beaten. The three boys got into her car and drove away.
An officer found the woman in the street, bleeding from her right eye. She was treated at Roanoke Memorial Hospital for a broken nose and bruises.
At about 3:05 a.m., a patrol officer located the woman's car on Forest Park Boulevard Northwest with two teen-agers in it. They fled the car, but officers apprehended one of them.
A 15-year-old was petitioned to juvenile court on a malicious wounding charge and placed in Coyner Springs detention facility. Investigators are seeking the other two boys.
