Williamson, of Waynesboro, went 1-up on the first hole with a birdie, but Moyers, the tournament medalist, evened the match on No.4 by holing out a sand shot.
That was Moyers' last moment of glory as Williamson put together a string of pars to pull ahead of the New Market golfer.
Williamson resumed his 1-up advantage on the next hole with a par 5, while Moyers missed the green with his third shot and could not get up and down from the rough. Williamson went 4-up after pars on nine and 10, and a birdie on 12.
Williamson won the 13th with a par and closed out the match by halving the next hole with a par. He was 2-over-par through the 14 holes.
In the Super Seniors bracket for those over 70, Sellers broke a deadlock with Arvell Rexrode of Waynesboro by winning the 17th and 18th holes for a 2-up victory.
Neither player held a lead of more than two holes and came to the 17th tee with the match squared. Sellers shot pars on the par-5 17th and the par-3 finishing hole, while Rexrode was unable to match par.
