Miller, of Winston-Salem, N.C., has won three of the past four SMART races, including two at Caraway (N.C.) Speedway and one at Peach State (Ga.) Speedway. He also leads the traveling circuit in points and prize money.
Miller has 1,222 points to second-place Bobby Hutchens' 1,158, a difference of 64. Hutchens also is from Winston-Salem.
The Southern Modifieds, a division for open-wheel cars, are part of a full schedule of racing at FCS. Triple points races will be held in all divisions.
Bobby Radford of Ferrum already has clinched the track's Late Model Stock Car championship, but all other divisions are up for grabs. Radford has won 11 races, 12 poles and has finished second eight times.
Top Virginians in the SMART field will be Jay Foley of Stuart and Kenny Minter of Martinsville. Stuart is fifth in points, and Minter is ninth.
Qualifying will begin at 6 p.m., with racing to start at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 in advance and $15 at the gate.
