AFFAIR TO FEATURE WILLIAM PENN

Singer/pianist William Penn is among those who will perform Saturday at Affair in the Square. The annual find-raiser for Center in the Square begins at 8 p.m., with entertainment on all five floors, foods, beverages and dancing on the rooftop. Tickets are available at $35 each from the Mill Mountain Theatre box office and all Davidsons stores (Davidsons underwrites the event). Most of the arts and cultural organizations headquartered in Center in the Square will close at 2 p.m. Saturday to prepare for the event. The Market Square Parking Garage will close at 3 p.m.
