WRITER TO TALK AT TECH FORUM

Ali A. Mazrui, who holds chaired professorships at three universities and was the writer and narrator of a nine-hour BBC series on Africa, will be guest speaker at Virginia Tech's first Global Issues Forum today and Friday.

Mazrui will speak at 7:30 tonight in Colonial Hall in Squires Student Center on "Africa in Crisis." His talk Friday will be held at noon in Squires 150. Both talks are open to the public.
